To ensure the best experience for all our guests, please review our cancellation terms below:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled carriage ride to receive a full refund.

• If you cancel less than 24 hours before your ride, no refund will be issued.

• No-shows will also be charged in full.

• In the rare event that we must cancel due to weather or operational reasons, you will receive the option of a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule your ride.

  Our carriage rides are not ADA accessible.
  Due to the historic nature of the carriages and boarding area, guests must be able to step up and enter the carriage without the use of a ramp or lift.
